【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheminimumcriteriaforsystemacceptance/typeapprovalofanewwheelslideprotectionsystemandimplementationofacceptedWSPtospecificvehicleapplicationsandrouterequirements,aswellasrequirementsforwheelrotationmonitoring(WRM)..Thisincludesthedesign,testingandqualityassessmentoftheWSPsystemanditscomponents.ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletowheelslideprotectionsystemsforpneumaticbrakingsystemswithouttakingthetypeofvehiclesandtrack-gaugeintoconsideration.Thegeneralprinciplesofthisstandardcanalsoapplyasareferenceforothertypesofbrakingsystemsandotherkindsofrailwayvehicles.Thesystemisdesignedtocontroltheslidingofwheelsofrailwayvehiclesduringbrakingunderdegradedadhesionconditionstopreventwheeldamageandtominimizetheextensionofthestoppingdistanceunderdegradedadhesionconditionsbyoptimizingtheavailableadhesionbetweenwheelandrail.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytothefollowingcategoriesofvehicles:1)tramways;2)lightrailways;3)metrosonsteelwheels;4)metrosonrubbertyredwheels.
