【摘要】:ThispartofISO17484specifiesthegeneralrequirementsandtheperformancerequirementsformultilayerpipesystemsbasedonpipes,fittingsandtheirjointsintendedtobeusedforgassupplywithinbuildings.PE-XandPEpipescomposedofonestress-designedlayer,adhesiveandabarrierlayerarealsocoveredbythispartofISO17484.ThispartofISO17484givesguidanceforthedesignofpipingsystemsconsistingofmultilayerpipesbasedonthermoplastics,forwhichatleast60%ofthewallthicknessispolymericmaterial.Polymericmaterialsintendedforstress-designedlayersandallinnerlayersarerequiredtobepolyethylene(PE)and/orcrosslinkedpolyethylene(PE-X)inaccordancewithAnnexAofthispartofISO17484.TheouterlayerofametalmultilayerisrequiredtobePEorPE-X.PE-RTisconsideredasPEbutwithspecificpropertiesconcerninghoop-stressperformance(see5.4.2.).ThispartofISO17484appliestosystemsthatoperateattemperaturesof-20°Cupto60°C.ForthepurposeofthispartofISO17484,crosslinkedpolyethylene(PE-X)andadhesivelayersareconsideredasthermoplasticmaterials.Forsizesgreaterthan63mmtherequirementsofISO18225havetobefulfilledinaddition.ThispartofISO17484isapplicableforpipingsystemsusedinbuildingstosupplygaswithamaximumoperatingpressureuptoandincluding500kPa(5bar)1).Thisstandardappliestothefollowingfuels:—CategoryDgaseousfuel:naturalgas;seeISO13623;—CategoryEgaseousfuel:LPGvapour,andnaturalgasorLPGvapour;seeISO13623.
