【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardgivesthegeneralguidelinesforthedeterminationofexperimentalparametersrelatingtotheprimarybeam,thewavelengthspectrometerandthesamplethatneedtobetakenintoaccountwhencarryingoutelectronprobemicroanalysis.Italsodefinesproceduresforthedeterminationofbeamcurrent,currentdensity,deadtime,wavelengthresolution,background,analysisarea,analysisdepthandanalysisvolume.ThisInternationalStandardisintendedfortheanalysisofawell-polishedsampleusingnormalbeamincidence,andtheparametersobtainedmayonlybeindicativeforotherexperimentalconditions.ThisinternationalstandardisnotdesignedtobeusedforenergydispersiveX-rayspectroscopy.
