【摘要】:ISO/TS10303-1624:2006specifiestheapplicationmoduleforAP210packagefunctionalandphysicalcharacterization.ISO/TS10303-1624:2006dealswiththerepresentationoffunctionalandphysicalcharacterizationdataforitemsusedascontainersorencapsulantforelectricalcomponents.ISO/TS10303-1624:2006includesthefollowinginformation:leadformclassificationsupport,predefinedfeatureclassification,materialidentification,environmentalconstraints,performancedata,andsimulationmodels.Formalencapsulationofexternaldatatypedefinitionsismadeforparametricdataandanalysismodels.Terminalidentificationisprovidedtoensureconsistencybetween2Dand3Dgeometricmodels.Packagebodymaterialisincluded.Terminalsmayhavecoreandsurfacematerials.Terminalsmaybeseparatefromorintegraltothepackagebodysurface.Shape,material,technology,toleranceonshapeandonparameters,andunitsareincluded.Extensivesupportfororientationsynchronizationbetweenenterprisesandbetween2Dand3Drepresentationsisprovided.Shapesincludedmaybecategorizedaccordingtodiscipline(e.g,thermalanalysis,vibrationanalysis),andanalysisenvironment(e.g.,assembly,end-user).Geometricdimensioningandtolerancingisincluded.Complexpackagesmaybetreatedbythedesignownerasaninterconnectproductwhilepublishingtheinformationinpackageasthecustomerviewasinaninterfacecontroldocumentbutasamodel.Formalreferenceinformationtoadefiningdocumentisprovided.Configurationmanagementinformationanddesignchangemanagementinformationisprovided.Thisdataincludesatleastonegeometricrepresentation.ThefollowingarewithinthescopeofISO/TS10303-1624:2006:packagephysicalcharacterization;packagegeometricfunctionalcharacterization;packageterminalfunctionalcharacterization;packagebodygeometricalcharacterization;packagebodymaterialcharacterization;packageterminalmaterialcharacterization;mappingtopackagesimulationmodelformechanicalanalysis.
