【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversanevaluationoftheenergyconsumptionandcookingperformanceofconveyorovens.Thefoodserviceoperatorcanusethisevaluationtoselectaconveyorovenandunderstanditsenergyconsumption.Thistestmethodisapplicabletogasandelectricconveyorovens.Theconveyorovencanbeevaluatedwithrespecttothefollowing(whereapplicable):Energyinputrateandthermostatcalibration(see10.2),Preheatenergyconsumptionandtime(see10.3),Idleenergyrate(see10.4),Pilotenergyrate(ifapplicable)(see10.5),andCookingenergyefficiencyandproductioncapacity(see10.6).Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
